Stretch Scrubs
Stretch is a fabric decision before it is a style decision. This catalogue is organised around the factory's stretch platforms: Poly Stretch (94/6, 170 GSM) — the stocked core; Poly Rayon 4-Way Stretch (72/21/7, 200 GSM) — the premium drape line behind the Virtis, Ellisa and Avant families; and 100% mechanical-stretch polyester options for programs that want movement without elastane content.
The styles below are the stretch range's representatives — sets, joggers and tops graded on stretch blocks, where pattern ease assumes the fabric will do part of the work. When you specify a stretch program, the fabric platform is written into the order specification for the style, so every order for it starts from the same documented cloth and is checked against the approved sample.
Two stretch tiers
170 GSM Poly Stretch for value programs and ready stock; 200 GSM Poly Rayon for premium retail and private label.
Stretch where it matters
Four-way stretch across the back, waist and knee — the movement points of a shift — not token stretch in name only.
Recovery, honestly
Stretch percentage is not recovery: how a knee looks after eight hours depends on the elastane system and the weave together. That is a sample question — wear-test the platform before you build a program on it.
Jogger synergy
Tapered and jogger fits depend on stretch; the jogger range is cut exclusively from the stretch platforms.

Minimum order on this program starts at 50 sets per style, and every product page states its own minimum. Logo, packaging and graphic customisation starts at 200 sets. Lead times: samples 7 days on standard styles (10–15 days on printed and one-piece styles, as their product pages state), trial orders 14 days, small orders 21 days, China bulk 35 days, Myanmar bulk 90–120 days (production, excluding freight).
