Printed Scrubs
Printed scrubs are the personality layer of a uniform program — paediatrics, dentistry, veterinary clinics and seasonal retail all run on prints. The Fuyi print program is built on a dedicated cloth: Micro Fiber Stretch (96% polyester / 4% elastane, 150 GSM) chosen because its smooth face holds digital print definition and its light weight suits a top worn over or instead of a plain V-neck.
Twelve printed styles are in production — floral and themed tops, printed sets for nurses, and ODM print styles developed for label customers. Because printing and sewing sit in the same supply chain, a print is not a stock photo promise: it is a repeat pattern, printed to a colour standard, cut and sewn as a finished garment program.

The 150 GSM micro-fibre base is the platform specified for print work — a smooth face for fine detail and colour separation.

Custom allover prints join the custom program at 200 sets; the design team can adapt artwork to the garment pattern.

Minimum order on this program starts at 200 sets per style, and every product page states its own minimum. Logo, packaging and graphic customisation starts at 200 sets. Lead times: samples 7 days on standard styles (10–15 days on printed and one-piece styles, as their product pages state), trial orders 14 days, small orders 21 days, China bulk 35 days, Myanmar bulk 90–120 days (production, excluding freight).
