OEM, ODM & Ready-to-Ship Scrub Manufacturing
Three ways to buy from the factory, one production system behind all of them. Whether you arrive with a tech pack, a sketch, or a purchase order for stock styles, the route is explicit before money moves.
OEM — your design, our production
Send your design or tech pack. The OEM route runs: design confirmation → quotation → order → production → shipment, with material selection through to after-sales handled inside the group. Your designs and information are treated as confidential — the factory's OEM practice is built on repeat private-label relationships, and your patterns, prints and artwork stay yours.
ODM — our designs, your brand
Start from the in-production range: 80 styles with proven patterns, fixed size charts and established colour programs. The ODM route runs: Fuyi design selection → quotation → production → labelling with your brand → shipment. The in-house design team can adapt a base style to your brief — a pocket moved, a neckline changed, a print developed — without the cost and risk of developing a garment from zero.
RTS — ready to ship
Core styles in core colours are held as ready stock, packed and ready to dispatch in 4–10 working days. RTS is how distributors bridge the gap between bulk orders and how new buyers test the range before committing to a production slot.
Samples, quotes and payment
- Samples: ready in 7 days on standard styles; printed styles take 10–15 days. One regular sample is free — you cover the express freight. Custom samples carry a fee, usually deductible against the bulk order.
- Quotations: line-by-line per style, fabric and quantity, valid for 30 days.
- Payment: credit card, wire transfer or PayPal.
- Production routes: bulk in 35 days (China) or 90–120 days (Myanmar) — trial orders 14 days, small orders 21 days.
- Inspection: AQL 2.5 / 4.0; SGS, ITS or your nominated agency accepted as the shipping standard.
Start with the custom program if branding is the point, or the wholesale catalogue if speed is.
