Custom Scrubs
Custom scrubs start from a proven base style — not from a blank page. Pick any style in the range, then add your identity: embroidered or printed logos, custom woven labels, branded packaging and your own graphic prints. The customisation MOQ is 200 sets, and the base range covers sets, tops, pants, joggers, jumpsuits and printed styles for women, men and unisex programs.
Private-label buyers use the same route: the factory's own design team can work from your sketch or tech pack, adapt an existing style, or develop a print exclusively for your label. Because fabric, dyeing and sewing sit inside one group, a custom colour or a custom print does not leave the supply chain — it is scheduled into the same production system as the stock range.
Logo options
Embroidery for a durable, premium mark; print for large or multicolour graphics. Placement on chest, sleeve or back yoke.
Private label ready
Your woven label, your size labels, your polybag or box. Retail-ready packing is part of the custom program, not an afterthought.
Custom prints
Digital printing on the Micro Fiber Stretch print base (96/4, 150 GSM) for allover patterns — paediatric, dental, veterinary and seasonal themes.
Samples before bulk
Custom samples are produced before any bulk commitment; sampling takes 7 days on standard base styles and 10–15 days on printed styles, as their product pages state, and sample fees are usually deductible against the bulk order.

How ordering works
Minimum order on this program starts at 200 sets per style, and every product page states its own minimum. Logo, packaging and graphic customisation starts at 200 sets. Lead times: samples 7 days on standard styles (10–15 days on printed and one-piece styles, as their product pages state), trial orders 14 days, small orders 21 days, China bulk 35 days, Myanmar bulk 90–120 days (production, excluding freight).
